I am Dr.Gayathri Nagarajan, Ph.D from VIT university, India. With 15 years of working experience in different companies like TCS, Yokogawa(Singapore), I have also worked in engineering colleges as assistant professor and researcher. Have experience as a data science mentor with e-learning providers including Springboard. I am currently a freelancing data scientist based in Germany. My research works are published in high impact scopus indexed TR journals with Elsevier, Springer. I am a recipient of "Young woman researcher and educator" awarded by National Foundation of Enterpreneurship and Development and a recipient of "Best researcher in Data Analytics" awarded by Rula academy. A guest lecturer in data science and ML domain. A member of World Research Council. I do hold positions as a technical interview panel member with private employment consultancies for hiring data scientists and ML engineers. Being a passionate teacher and data scientist, I have always felt that there are gaps that exist between academics and industry. The theoretical knowledge from academics lay the strong foundation for corporate professionals whereas the hands on experience of corporate professionals helps the academicians to fill in their gaps. I always believe in quality rather than quantity and hence came up with this idea hoping to fill in the gaps of each student or a data science professional.
